They are a self-starter, able to see what needs to be done and do it, as well as command exceptional written and verbal communication skills. We want a remote candidate who is excited to invest their best talents in the mission of HR Ministry Solutions, seeing this as a key, foundational role with room to grow as our organization grows.
Who We Are:
HR Ministry Solutions is a faith-based 501(c)(3) founded in 2016 that helps simplify HR for churches and ministries nationwide by providing services and education that connect HR to biblical discipleship and stewardship. Our prayer is that every church and ministry understands the value of human resources in ministry—applying it graciously, one decision, one disciple, and one team at a time.
