Our Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is a dynamic, highly organized, and experienced admin with a passion for the big “C” church. They are a self-starter, able to see what needs to be done and do it, as well as command exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Most positions operate on a 20-25 hour a week rhythm, providing flexibility for candidates who want to bring their passion and continue to serve the ministry calling at HR Ministry Solutions. We want a candidate who is excited to invest their best talents here, seeing this as a key, foundational role with room to grow as our organization grows.

HR Ministry Solutions is a faith-based 501(c)(3) founded in 2016 that helps simplify HR for churches and ministries nationwide by providing services and education that connect HR to biblical discipleship and stewardship.
