St. Paul, Minnesota Minimum Wages Increase on July 1, 2026
Effective July 1, 2026, St. Paul’s minimum wages for small and micro business will increase as follows:
$16.37 per hour for small businesses (6–100 employees)
$14.25 per hour for micro businesses (5 or fewer employees)
The minimum wage for employers with 101 or more employees will remain at $16.37 per hour.
