2026 Arizona Minimum Wage Details
On January 1, 2026, the minimum wage rates in Arizona will increase as follows:
Statewide
The minimum wage will increase to $15.15 per hour. The minimum base wage for tipped employees will increase to $12.15 per hour.
Flagstaff
The minimum wage in Flagstaff will increase to $18.35 per hour for all employees. The lower base wage for tipped employees will be eliminated, meaning employers will need to pay the entire $18.35 directly.
Tucson
The minimum wage in Tucson will increase to $15.45 per hour. The minimum base wage for tipped employees will be $12.45 per hour.
