2026 Florida Minimum Wage Increase
Starting September 30, 2026, Florida’s minimum wage will increase to $15 per hour. The minimum base wage for tipped employees will increase to $11.98 per hour. Raising Florida’s minimum wage was approved by voters on November 3, 2020.
